Status page branding
Set a title, support link, accent color, and theme for your status page, with automatic logo and favicon suggestions.
Every status page can be branded to match your product — included on every plan.
Fields
Open Site settings → Status page to set:
- Status page title — shown in the header. Defaults to the site's name if left blank.
- Custom domain — see custom domain setup if you want your own hostname.
- Support link — an optional URL shown to visitors who need help during an incident.
- Accent color — used for status badges and highlights across the page.
Themes
Pick from three built-in themes, each suited to a different audience:
| Theme | Style | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Beacon | Bold branded hero with a floating content sheet. Adapts to the visitor's light/dark preference. | The default — fits most products and agencies |
| Signal | Dark, precise, monospace-driven. Always dark. | Infrastructure and developer-tool audiences |
| Ledger | Light, paper-toned, editorial. Always light. | A calm, trustworthy report style for professional-services clients |
Suggested branding
Click Find suggestions on the settings page and DownCTL will crawl the monitored site itself to suggest a logo and favicon — pulled directly from what's already live on your site, so you don't have to track down asset files yourself. Review the suggestions and save the ones you want.
Search engine indexing
By default, status pages are indexable by search engines. If you'd rather keep a status page unlisted (for an internal tool, or a client site you don't want surfacing in search results), enable the noindex option in the same settings panel.
