Team members
Invite your team by email and assign roles — unlimited team members on every plan, no per-seat pricing.
Every DownCTL plan includes unlimited team members — there's no per-seat fee, so there's no reason to keep your team off the account.
Inviting someone
- Open Members and click Invite member.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace.
Pending invitations can be resent or revoked at any time from the same page.
Roles

All roles have the same day-to-day access to sites, alerts, and incidents — the distinction is member management, billing, and support access.
You can change a member's role at any time from the Members page.
Removing access
Remove a member from the same page to immediately revoke their access to the workspace.
